Refund Policy


We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving the item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.


Handmade Disclaimer:
Please understand that all handmade products by nature may vary in colour/shape and have small imperfections which we don’t treat as “faulty” products. However, if for any reason you are not happy about a product you’ve received, you can still return the product to us at your own cost for a refund.

Please note: you’ll be responsible for paying your return shipping costs. It’s highly recommended that you use a tracked shipping service, so you have proof of shipping to help us locate your item. Once we have received and checked your items we will issue you a refund.

Please contact us through our email or the Contact page to request your refund. In the email, provide the following information:

Reason for the return
3 photos of the product
Full name and purchase date

For all approved returns, we will notify you as soon as we receive and inspect your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well. Don't worry, if the item is returned in the same condition as you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, you will receive a full refund.

The product must be returned in the following conditions:

- It should not show signs of use.
- It must be in its original packaging and undamaged.
- The tracking number must be sent to us by email.
- All product items must be in the packaging.


The customer has up to 30 calendar days after receiving the product to report any manufacturing defect or delivery discrepancy. Once reported, the customer should send us photos of the product so that we can assess the problem and arrange for the replacement of the merchandise. In the case of a manufacturing defect, no refund will be made; we will only replace the product with a new one.


Products come with a 30-day warranty. If you encounter any issues during the warranty period, please contact us. Warranty products will only be exchanged for the same product; we do not offer cash refunds in these cases.
