Exchanges and Returns

Our product exchange policy aims to provide customers with complete confidence regarding products purchased in our store. Free products are not eligible for exchanges under any circumstances. All our products come with a warranty against manufacturing defects. We also conduct exchanges for products that are different from what the customer ordered. If you receive a product from us with a manufacturing defect or different from what you ordered, please follow these steps to proceed with the exchange:

1. Inform our team about the issue through our email (, providing clear photos or videos of the defective product or the wrong product you received, within 7 days of receiving it. Please note that we will not process exchanges or refunds after this deadline.

2. Your complaint will be reviewed within a maximum of 2 business days, and if the problem is confirmed, we will contact you via email, and you can choose one of the following options:

- Receive a refund of the amount paid.
- Receive a new product identical to the one you ordered.
- We do not process exchanges for products of inappropriate size for the customer:

We provide measurements in centimeters for our products to avoid size selection errors. According to the Consumer Protection Code - Article 18, there is no legal obligation for the retailer to process exchanges due to customer remorse regarding color, size, model, or any other reason. The right guaranteed to the customer by the consumer protection code is to process exchanges only in the case of defective products.
